This 4-day training course has been designed to meet not only the suggested requirements of today's Security Officer, but those of the future and therefore, we believe goes a step further than those of our competitive associates. Our training syllabus covers all aspects of the security industry's four main principles, referred to as the 4Ps:

Physical Intervention
This 2-day training course in "conflict management" is structured to allow delegates to understand how aggression is triggered, predictable ways in which it may escalate and effective tactics for re-gaining of control of the situation so as to bring the situation to a peaceful and safe conclusion. The course covers the five recognised phases of conflict management.
